About Cyber Safe

The CyberSafe Program was a groundbreaking initiative aimed at equipping students, teachers, and parents with essential cybersecurity knowledge. Conducted by Juana Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with the NASSCOM Foundation and BirlaSoft, the program was successfully implemented in select schools across the Delhi NCR region in early 2024.

Why Cyber Safe

The CyberSafe Program was implemented in five leading schools in Delhi NCR, UP, and Haryana, directly impacting a significant number of stakeholders:

Educating students, teachers, and parents about safe online practices.
Strengthening digital security across school communities.
Encouraging responsible digital behavior.
Preventing cyber threats such as phishing, malware, and cyberbullying.

Project Impact

The CyberSafe Program was strategically implemented in five leading schools in Delhi NCR, UP, and Haryana, reaching:

Students (Grades 7-9) were trained in online safety.

    • Training on recognizing cyber threats in online learning environments.

  • Cybersecurity Defense & Definitions (Microsoft Learn Platform) (Blended Learning)

    • Strategies for preventing cyberattacks.
    • Cyber threat intelligence and incident response.

PARENTS
  • Cybersecurity at Home (Online - Microsoft Teams)

    • Provided guidance on using parental controls and privacy settings.
    • Educated parents on recognizing cyberbullying and suspicious online activity.
    • Encouraged open conversations about online safety within families.

Results & Learnings

The CyberSafe Program demonstrated a positive shift in online behavior, improved reporting of cyber incidents, and a strengthened commitment to cybersecurity within schools. Post-program assessments showed that participants were more confident in identifying and responding to cyber threats.

Furthermore, all five pilot schools committed to incorporating cybersecurity topics into their ongoing IT and computer science curriculums — a significant step toward building long-term cyber resilience in schools.

Conclusion

The CyberSafe Program stands as a landmark initiative in cybersecurity education, significantly enhancing the digital literacy and resilience of students, teachers, and parents in the Delhi NCR, UP, and Haryana regions. Its success has laid the foundation for future expansion, ensuring that more schools and communities across India can benefit from enhanced cybersecurity awareness and protection.

A cloud flow using power automated which can help me identify the language if any given file. He lives in community where multiculturalism and heavy diversity is present. This flow will help him identifying the language of the files.

It helps to save important attachments very easily, instead of manually going to each email and saving each attachment, which especially becomes cumbersome with e mails having more than one attachment.

The Indian High School, Oud Metha, UAE

This flow is linking Microsoft Forms responses with Microsoft Outlook, it enables the owner of the forms to know when anyone has attempted their form and gets the recipient information along with access to their response.

New Era Senior Secondary School

She is a huge fan of TED talks so rather than checking the website every day, she has created a flow on power automate to get a Ted Talk list, She have done the same with Times of India “Times Evoke”.

Delhi Public School, Harni

This is a flow to reply unread messages in Microsoft Outlook. First it retrieves unread email messages from Inbox in Microsoft outlook account then all the retrieved messages are iterated through For each loop.

Silver Line Prestige School

Student has beautifully created a reminder/ scheduled flow for her grandmother’s birthday. In this flow she has created a message to be sent to her grandmother every year.

Our Own English High School, UAE

The team employed diverse visuals, with a noteworthy use of slicers to emphasize sales trends across different years. Using Power BI tools, they have gained valuable insights and formulated plans to prepare the company for any upcoming challenges.

In this project , team beautifully demonstrated the use of data visuals to examine sales data which can facilitate the provision of informed recommendations aimed at promoting the company's future growth and success.

Bright Riders School, Abu Dhabi

Bright Riders developed a dashboard utilizing a range of visualizations, including maps, charts, bar graphs, and slicers. The insights from the data have been effectively captured using the tool of Power BI, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and informative display.

Indian High School Oud Metha Campus, UAE
